Join us in a project embracing informal luxury culture — today more than ever defined by authenticity, connection to the local community, and environmental awareness. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. **WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Execute all internal procedures/SOPs and Housekeeping policies; * Perform all tasks, services, and responsibilities related to Housekeeping sections; * Share daily arrival information and key details about each guest and VIPs; * Ensure immediate resolution of any incident or issue related to your role; * Monitor and take into account customer complaints; * Support and implement Housekeeping Service Quality Management; * Adhere to the hotel’s service quality standards; * Comply with and uphold Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) service standards; * Regularly report room maintenance and room care issues to the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeepers. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Secondary education * Proficiency in Portuguese and good command of English * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in similar roles at 4-/5-star hotels * Availability for rotating shifts **CONDITIONS** * Attractive remuneration package commensurate with the role’s requirements; * Health insurance; * Navegante Pass benefit; * Sales incentive bonus; * Comprehensive benefits and incentive plan applicable to all employees.
