Job Summary: We are seeking a First Waiter to ensure high-level customer service, coordinate table service, and proactively manage customer complaints. Key Highlights: 1. Job Responsibilities: • Deliver high-level, personalized, and professional customer service; • Coordinate table service, ensuring efficiency and quality; • Advise customers on the menu (food and wines); • Supervise and support less experienced team members; • Ensure proper mise-en-place and organization of the dining area; • Manage complaints with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. Requirements: • Proven experience as a First Waiter/Waitress; • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation; • Solid knowledge of à la carte service and wines (an advantage); • Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English (additional languages are an asset); • Professional appearance and demeanor; • Leadership ability and teamwork skills; • Preference for candidates residing in Lisbon.
