Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent service; Guarantee customer satisfaction and personalized guest assistance; Manage reservations and organize shift scheduling; Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards; Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to optimize service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within high-quality hospitality establishments; Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills; Customer-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail; Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English (additional languages are an asset); Willingness to work in the Comporta region.
