Your Responsibilities * Support small and medium\-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram advertising solutions. * Assist clients via live chat, email, and outbound phone calls. * Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while providing troubleshooting and product guidance. * Identify common advertiser challenges and contribute to improving the overall customer experience. * Help clients make the most of the platform's advertising tools and features. Your Profile * C2\-level French with B2\-level English. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * A proactive mindset and excellent problem\-solving abilities. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, technology\-driven environment. * Previous experience in customer support or client\-facing roles is an advantage. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
