Your mission is to contribute to policyholder and insurer client satisfaction by providing clear, effective, and appropriate responses. **Your responsibilities** * Handle between **50 and 60 calls per day** (incoming and outgoing) * Attach supporting documents to claims files * Depending on the nature of the request and our internal processes: + Provide an appropriate response or propose a suitable solution + Log the call in our management systems + Redirect the caller to the appropriate contact person, if necessary **Your profile** * Education: **High school diploma to Associate degree (Bac to Bac+2)** * Experience: **Minimum of one prior experience in a call center; telephone platform or customer relations environment** * You enjoy teamwork in a human-scale environment **Required skills and qualities** * Interpersonal skills, service orientation, and active listening * Team spirit, positive attitude, and curiosity * Adaptability, stress management, and ability to handle conflict situations * Rigor and autonomy * Proficiency with telephony tools, CRM systems, and case management software * Strong oral and written communication skills * Knowledge of insurance customer relationship processes (an advantage) **Benefits:** * Hybrid work model, with up to 3 days of remote work possible * Fixed working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. * Working days: Monday to Friday * Meal vouchers * Monthly bonuses If you’re looking for a new challenge, don’t hesitate to apply.
