Opportunity for professional development A Fórmula do Talento is recruiting for one of its clients — a local accommodation management company — seeking to strengthen its team with an Accommodation Manager (m/f) for the Porto area. As an Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing daily operations of properties in the Porto area Conducting regular visits and inspections to ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety Coordinating check-ins and check-outs, both in-person and self-service Managing communication with guests before, during, and after their stay Supervising maintenance, cleaning, and laundry services in coordination with external partners Promptly and effectively resolving incidents and complaints Monitoring operational metrics (occupancy rates, reviews, satisfaction) Preparing reports and proposing continuous improvements Ensuring each property is fully prepared and in optimal condition to welcome guests Education and Experience: High school diploma (minimum requirement) 1–2 years of experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, or a similar role (preferred) Proficiency with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, or similar Good command of English (French is a plus) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently Essential Skills: Strong customer orientation High attention to detail Proactivity and rigor Strong organizational and time-management skills Sense of responsibility and commitment to continuous improvement What We Offer: Integration into a growing company Autonomy and responsibility from day one Joining a young and dynamic team Opportunity for professional development If this profile matches your background and you wish to join a growing project, apply now!
