Float In, a leading brand in the wellness and spa sector, is looking for an HR professional with practical experience and strong organizational skills to join its Human Resources department. Responsibilities: – HR management support at all stages: onboarding, contracts, schedules, records, absences, uniforms, documentation, and internal communication. – Daily team monitoring and administrative support for operations. – Updating databases, individual files, and internal processes. – Implementation of HR policies and procedures, coordinating with management and operational departments. – Systematic, rigorous, and organized execution of HR tasks (“from A to Z”). Mandatory Requirements: – Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. – Excellent problem-solving ability. – High sense of responsibility, methodical approach, and organization. – Proactivity in task execution without constant supervision. – Autonomy to manage priorities and ensure process continuity. Desired Profile: – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Excellent organization, planning, and priority management. – Proficiency in Excel and ease of use with digital tools. – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. – Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
