




Job Summary: This role aims to manage the Unsecured Non-Performing Loans (NPL) portfolio, focusing on amicable value recovery to achieve strategic objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Manage an NPL portfolio and implement value recovery strategies. 2. Communicate and negotiate with clients for debt recovery. 3. Be part of a senior debt/credit recovery team. The role focuses on managing the Unsecured Non-Performing Loans (NPL) portfolio, with particular emphasis on amicable value recovery to meet the company’s strategic goals and plans. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities * Analyze and manage an NPL portfolio by applying internally defined strategies to recover outstanding amounts; * Communicate with clients or other relevant parties to recover overdue amounts; * Review and structure repayment plans; * Update the status of various accounts in the company’s internal system; * Manage all client communications; * Support and assist in due diligence for potential acquisitions; * Prepare reports to support business performance/productivity. **Person specification:** * Minimum 12th grade education; Bachelor’s degree preferred; * You will join a senior debt/credit recovery team: prior experience in credit recovery is mandatory; * Experience managing NPL – Non-Performing Loans. **Competencies** People always come first; therefore, it is essential to build client relationships based on honesty, empathy, and respect; * Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, proactively seeking optimal solutions and effectively handling objections; * Possess organizational, prioritization, and project/objective management capabilities; * Build interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively within a team; * Proficiency in English language; * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
