OBJECTIVES: • Organize, develop, and coordinate recreational activities for residents; • Design and produce the material resources required to implement these activities; • Contribute to developing residents’ autonomy, creativity, and initiative; • Collaborate as part of a team with other professionals to ensure residents’ well-being.
