We are now seeking an experienced chef to join our team and contribute to the quality and consistency of our kitchen. What we seek: – Prior experience in professional kitchens; – Knowledge of Portuguese cuisine; – Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; – Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; – Commitment to quality, hygiene, and food safety; – Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Main responsibilities: – Preparation and cooking of menu dishes; – Organization and maintenance of workstation; – Quality control and presentation of dishes; – Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards; – Collaboration with other members of the kitchen team.
