Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Grill Chef to join our team, responsible for preparing and cooking meals on charcoal grills, as well as managing inventory and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Grill Chef to strengthen our team at the grill of GoodFellas Clube do Bairro. Between Algés and Belém, in the Restelo neighborhood, there is a special place: Clube do Bairro. An informal and relaxed meeting point, GoodFellas is a space for sharing among everyone — whether friends or strangers, family or neighbors. \- Prepare and cook meals according to standards and technical sheets.\- Select and prepare ingredients required for meal preparation;\- Ensure proper storage and adequate preservation of food products, and compliance with HACCP standards.\- Plate and garnish cooked dishes;\- Ensure appropriate cleaning and maintenance of food preparation areas (equipment, utensils, and surfaces) and maintain respective records.\- Support other team members in carrying out their tasks.\- Actively contribute to the development of the restaurant’s gastronomic experience. The ideal candidate is a professional with experience grilling meats and fish over charcoal. Committed, proactive, and passionate about gastronomy and the art of hospitality. \- Culinary training; \- Strong team spirit; \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-volume restaurants. \- Experience in charcoal-grill cooking; \- Ability to work efficiently and organize tasks; \- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends); \- English language proficiency at A2 level (Elementary); \- Ability to handle stress in a restaurant where every guest is special and every table is unique.
