YOUR MISSION We are seeking an AI Senior Manager to lead an AI team and guide the definition of the organization's reference Artificial Intelligence architecture. You will play a central role in creating a unified model of people, processes, technologies, and partners, ensuring that AI solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. You will guide the team, define development standards and frameworks, and ensure a consistent, cross-functional approach in a globally impactful domain. WHAT YOU WILL DO Define the technical architecture of AI solutions, including models, pipelines, and APIs. Select LLMs, frameworks, and tools, including build vs. buy decisions. Ensure integration with legacy systems and existing platforms. Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and engineering best practices. Align architecture with business needs and priorities. Participate in advancing AI adoption across business processes. YOUR PROFILE More than 5 years of experience developing data and AI solutions in corporate environments. Proficiency in cloud platforms, data pipelines, MLOps, and microservices. Solid knowledge of ML, LLMs, agents, embeddings, and RAG architectures. Ability to design scalable and resilient architectures. Experience in security, governance, and observability. Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.
