




Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support the administrative and financial department of Powersil, a company specializing in integrated energy solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Support in bank reconciliations, accounts, and inventory. 2. Organization and archiving of accounting documentation. 3. Support to the certified accountant and payroll processing. **Powersil** is a company specializing in integrated energy solutions through generator sets, part of the Himoinsa Group—one of the world’s leading brands in power generation. We are seeking a **Financial Assistant** to support the company’s administrative and financial department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuing and verifying invoices; * Supporting bank reconciliations, customer and supplier accounts, and inventory; * Organizing and archiving accounting documentation; * Supporting the certified accountant; * Assisting in preparing reports for payroll processing; * Recording personnel expenses; * Supporting preparation of documentation for monthly and/or annual financial closing. **Required Profile** * Minimum education: 12th grade; preferably a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Management; * Experience in administrative/financial roles (preferred); * Proficiency in Excel; * Accuracy, organization, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work in a team. **We Offer** * Integration into a stable company; * Initial training; * Health insurance; * Compensation commensurate with experience. **Application** Interested candidates should send their CV to the e\-mail **recrutamento@powersil.pt**, with the subject line: *Application – Financial Assistant*.
