Opportunities for career growth and professional advancement Accounting Technician **Everycent** is expanding its team and seeking an **Accounting Technician** to join a solid and growing project. We are looking for a professional who wishes to assume responsibility for managing and overseeing a portfolio of clients, integrating into an experienced and collaborative team within an environment that values **autonomy, technical rigor, and closeness to the client**. Main Responsibilities * Manage and oversee the accounting for a portfolio of clients; * Ensure accounting entries, verifications, and reconciliations; * Prepare and submit periodic and annual tax obligations; * Participate in monthly and annual closing processes; * Prepare and analyze financial statements and management support information; * Ensure compliance with applicable tax and accounting deadlines; * Support clients by providing guidance and clarification on accounting and tax matters; * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures within the department. Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field; * Minimum of **2 years’ professional experience in Accounting roles**, preferably gained in an accounting firm or service-oriented environment; * Strong knowledge of Portuguese accounting and taxation principles; * **Proficiency and experience with Primavera and/or SAP software are highly valued;** * Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills; * Autonomy, rigor, and a high sense of responsibility; * Effective communication skills and client orientation; * Team spirit, proactivity, and willingness to learn and grow.
