Engage senior stakeholders and drive change management initiatives **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Lead the end\-to\-end delivery of the Data \& AI strategic program, from planning to execution and governance; * Coordinate multiple workstreams (data platforms, AI use cases, governance, and change management); * Ensure timely delivery of milestones, managing risks, dependencies, and resources; * Prepare executive\-level reporting and presentations to support strategic decision\-making; * Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate steering committees and cross\-functional collaboration; * Drive change management initiatives, including communication, training, and success metrics. **Requirements:** * Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management, Technology, Data Science, or a related field; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Data, AI, or digital transformation; * Solid understanding of data platforms, AI technologies and enterprise architecture; * Proven experience in preparing and presenting materials for executive audiences; * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; * Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies will be valued; * PMP, PMI\-ACP, or equivalent certifications are a plus; * Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for international environments.
