Provide technical leadership and hands-on execution in complex environments #### **Automation \& AI Architect (Hyperautomation Developer \& Lead)** We are looking for an Automation \& AI Architect / Tech Lead to join our Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), playing a key role in ensuring the operation, stability, and evolution of automation and hyperautomation solutions. This professional will act as the technical reference for automation, with a strong hands\-on approach, responsible for ensuring the quality of existing solutions while leading their evolution towards more advanced models, with a particular focus on agentification and AI\-driven automation. #### **Profile** * \+7 years of experience in IT * \+3 years in automation (RPA / Hyperautomation) * Proven experience in **complex enterprise environments** * Hybrid profile: **architecture \+ hands\-on development** #### **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** **Strong experience with:** * UiPath (advanced level) – REFramework, Orchestrator, troubleshooting * Power Automate (Cloud \& Desktop) ##### **Proven experience with:** * Microsoft Copilot Studio (essential) * Power Platform * API integrations (REST) * Distributed / event\-driven architectures (nice to have) * Experience in production environments with: Monitoring, logging, and incident handling * Strong capability in **business process analysis and optimization** #### **Nice to Have (Highly Valued)** * Experience with Agentification / AI Agents * Design of Conversational AI solutions * Integration of LLMs / Copilots with enterprise systems * Knowledge of: + Azure (Functions, Logic Apps) + DevOps / CI\-CD for automation * Experience building or evolving an Automation CoE #### **Architecture \& Governance** * Define: + Development and deployment standards + Governance models for automations and AI agents * Ensure **compliance, security, and scalability** of solutions * Manage the **lifecycle of automation solutions and AI agents** #### **Soft Skills** * Strong **problem\-solving skills** * Excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders * Ownership mindset and focus on continuous improvement * Ability to provide **technical leadership** (formal or informal) * Strategic thinking combined with **hands\-on execution** **What can you expect from us?** Mind\-blowing workplace culture.
