Job Description We are looking for a dynamic professional focused on service excellence to join the team at **ibis Styles Lisboa Centro Liberdade**. Your day-to-day with us: * **Flow Management:** Ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes, understanding the specific needs of transit guests. * **Guest Experience:** Deliver warm, professional, and multilingual service while anticipating guest needs. * **Proactive Resolution:** Handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively. * **Operational Coordination:** Collaborate closely with *housekeeping* and F\&B to ensure service readiness. * **Administrative Management:** Handle reservations, payments, and billing, ensuring accuracy in all operations. Qualifications What we value in your profile: * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in hotel front desk roles * **Languages:** Proficiency in **English** (mandatory) * **Soft Skills:** Customer orientation, ability to adapt to rotating shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays), and resilience under pressure. * **Profile:** Positive attitude, autonomy, excellent appearance, and attention to detail.
