We complement this vision with a **Digital Marketing** offering focused on performance, helping companies gain visibility, strengthen their online presence, and accelerate growth through intelligent strategies and measurable results. **Project** Banking domain project — Integration into a highly critical banking project, focused on the development and maintenance of mobile applications (iOS and Android), ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and design test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements; * Develop and maintain automated tests (web and mobile – Android/iOS); * Execute tests (automated and, when necessary, manual), including regression testing; * Prepare and manage test data; * Log, analyze, and track defects; * Report test progress; * Collaborate with the team/domain (dev, PO, BA, TL) in defining, reviewing, and validating tests and evidence; * Promote QA best practices within the team/domain. **We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; * +5 years of experience in similar roles; * Experience in defining automation strategy; * Experience with automation frameworks; * Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Cucumber / Appium / Java / Selenium / Playwright; * Solid experience with BDD — Behavior Driven Development; * Integration with CI/CD pipelines; * Solid knowledge of requirement analysis, test design, and manual test execution; * Experience with Confluence, Jira / Xray; * Solid knowledge of Agile testing methodologies, e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.; * Testing certification (ISTQB Foundation); * Full autonomy in performing responsibilities; proactivity, critical thinking, quality orientation, and ability to identify risks and improvements; * Ability to mentor teams and strong capability to work within multidisciplinary teams; * Strong communication skills with various stakeholders: business analysts, application managers, developers, among others; **What Can You Discover With Us?** * Being part of a growing technology startup * Diverse project scopes across multiple sectors * Fair and equitable compensation structure (Consultant Profile) * Training and certification * Professional career path management * 30+ partnerships **UNLEASH THE POWER OF YOUR CAREER** Compensation: Up to €1,900.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Lisbon
