We are expanding our team with an **Accountant**, who will support the financial operations of a rapidly growing business. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices * Ensure timely supplier payments in alignment with treasury guidelines * Manage and respond to emails in Accounts Payable inboxes * Create, update, and maintain supplier master data in SAP * Update treasury supporting files * Archive and organize validated invoices in JIRA * Accurately and timely record invoices in SAP * Prepare documentation for review prior to biweekly payment cycles **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred) * **3 \- 4 years of professional experience** in Accounts Payable * SAP knowledge (preferred); **SAP COPA module** is a plus * Accounting knowledge * **Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)** * **Good English language skills (mandatory)** * Availability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days/week at our Lisbon office) **WHAT WE OFFER:** * **A welcoming environment:** We have a recently renovated office in Alcântara, designed for a dynamic, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team. * **Work-life balance:** We offer a hybrid and flexible work model, respecting your time both inside and outside of work. * **Professional development:** We value your growth.
