As a **Senior Oracle HCM Support Specialist**, you will be working for our client, a leader in HR and talent management solutions. In this vital role, you'll support Oracle HCM modules, facilitate communication with business stakeholders, and ensure seamless HR system operations. Join a team at the forefront of workforce digitalization and enjoy significant opportunities for professional growth. **Your main responsibilities:** * Provide level 2 support for Oracle HCM modules, ensuring smooth HR system functionality. * Lead and facilitate meetings with entities to gather requirements and present solutions. * Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation to support system use and troubleshooting. * Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements. * Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and resolve complex system problems. * Assist in training and onboarding users on Oracle HCM solutions. * Support Oracle HCM module Talent (nice to have) and share best practices. **You're ideal for this role if you have:** * At least 4 years of experience working with Oracle HCM, particularly in support or functional roles. * Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, especially Talent (nice to have). * Proven experience in writing functional and technical documentation. * Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and French (C1 level). * Experience in engaging with business stakeholders and facilitating meetings. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues efficiently. **It is a strong plus if you have:** * Certification or advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM modules. * Experience working in multi\-country or international environments. * Additional language skills are a plus. **Language Required for the role:** * English: C1 (Communicative level) **Eligibility for the role:** * Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. \#MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
