As a result of our team’s growth, we are recruiting: IT Field Service Technician Profile: * Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade; * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience providing on-site technical support to advanced users; * Experience in hardware maintenance; * Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems; * Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP); * Knowledge of network-attached storage (NAS); * Fluency in English; * Excellent communication skills; * Strong analytical ability, autonomy, and proactivity in problem-solving; * Team-oriented mindset.
