Opportunity for career progression and generating significant impact FUNCTION: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, ensuring their continuous operation; Identify and correct faults in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machines and systems; Suggest, plan, and implement automation solutions and improvements to production processes; Analyze technical diagrams, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals to carry out actions and improvements; Participate in the installation and configuration of new equipment and automated systems; Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards at all stages of the production process. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or higher education degree in Industrial Mechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; Valid driver's license and availability for travel between factories; Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the food industry; Solid knowledge of industrial automation systems and ability to suggest and implement improvements; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics; Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills; Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and teamwork.
