To reinforce our Technical Workshop Reception teams, reporting to the After-Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Managing customer relationships, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction; Handling billing for services rendered; Scheduling management capability, ensuring commitment to customers; Effective communication with customers regarding transparency on costs and vehicle delivery timelines; Preparing vehicle reception and handover, including explanation of required/completed work and advice on upcoming maintenance; Promoting post-sales products and services; Administrative management of the workshop. What We Value: Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; Proven experience in workshop reception and customer service; Resilience and ability to withstand stress; Customer orientation; Adaptability and flexibility when facing challenges; Valid driver's license; Teamwork and communication skills; Proficiency in Office tools; Commitment and sense of responsibility.
