Currently, we are looking for a **Mainframe Programmer Analyst (COBOL / DB2 / CICS)** to join a large-scale project in the financial/banking sector.
**WHAT WE SEEK**
A professional with strong experience in **COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL**, possessing technical and functional analysis capabilities, and proven experience in **amortizing credit / housing credit / consumer credit**.
**Location:** Lisbon

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
* **10+ years of experience** in mainframe development and analysis
* Strong proficiency in **COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL**
* Experience with **batch chains** and tools such as Control-M or IWS
* Proven experience in **amortizing credit**, including housing credit, consumer credit, or corporate credit modules
* Knowledge of **accounting applied to credit**
* Experience in technical analysis, functional design, and incident resolution
* Ability to work in critical production environments
* Good communication, organization, and sense of responsibility
* Residence in Portugal
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Experience with **EDz**
* Knowledge of **ALM Quality Center**
* Experience with **BMC Remedy**
* Familiarity with methodologies **CMMI, LEAN IT, Scrum, Kanban**
* Experience in **Core Banking** projects
* Ability to handle multiple topics in parallel
* Curiosity, critical thinking, and autonomy
