Job Summary: Transfor is seeking a Junior Procurement Technician to strengthen its Procurement Department, responsible for analyzing proposals, identifying suppliers, managing purchase orders and contracting processes. As part of our expansion and growth initiative, we aim to reinforce the Procurement Department’s structure by integrating a Junior Procurement Technician (m/f). Reporting to the Procurement Department, the successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities: * Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals; * Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers; * Monitor all processes related to external inquiries; * Place purchase orders and ensure their follow-up; * Guarantee documentation management for contracting processes; * Collaborate in implementing continuous improvements to internal procurement processes; * Coordinate and monitor supply flow, ensuring internal customers’ needs are met; * Contribute to procuring materials and services under optimal conditions of price, quality, and delivery time. We seek professionals with the following profile: * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or administrative roles within construction projects; * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Strong organizational and planning skills; * Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines; * Good communication and negotiation skills; * Dynamism, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
