Join us and become part of a passionate organization driven by innovation and excellence. **About the Role:** We are seeking a **Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)** to lead the cybersecurity strategy for an international project in the Industry and Engineering sector. This role will play a strategic part in risk management, security governance, regulatory compliance, and protection of organizational assets, while also supporting global M\&A, divestitures, and corporate transformation initiatives. **Requirements:** * Over 8 years of experience in **leadership roles in Information Security**. * Minimum of **3 years of experience as a CISO, Head of Security, or equivalent role**. * Proven experience in **M\&A projects**, **carve-outs**, **acquisitions**, and **divestitures**. * Solid knowledge in at least two of the following areas: **ISO 27001 and ISMS; IAM/PAM architecture; SOC/SIEM operations; Cloud Security (preferably Azure)**; * Experience in **conducting buyer-side due diligence processes**. * Knowledge of **regulatory frameworks and requirements**, such as **ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2\.** * Strong ability to **communicate effectively with executive stakeholders**. * Ability to **translate technical risks into business impact and decisions**. * Fluency in **English**. * Willingness to travel regularly. * Availability to work in a **hybrid arrangement based in Ovar**.
