We seek a creative, organized professional with a strong interest in client interaction to join our team and develop interior architecture, renovation, and decoration projects—from concept development through construction supervision. **Responsibilities** * Development of interior architecture and design projects; * Preparation of layouts, floor plans, 3D modeling, and presentation images; * Concept creation and selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting; * Client support throughout all project phases; * Conducting site visits and on-site measurements; * Coordination and supervision of project execution; * Preparation of finish schedules and technical specifications; * Collaboration with engineering and construction teams. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture; * Experience in interior and renovation projects (preferred); * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, V\-Ray, Lumion, or similar software; * Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail; * Excellent communication and client relationship skills; * Creative mindset, proactivity, and autonomy; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Valid driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in construction supervision; * Knowledge of furniture design and decoration; * Proficiency in rendering software; * Familiarity with design trends, lighting, and materials; * Teamwork ability and solution-oriented mindset. **What We Offer** * Integration into a stable and growing company; * Participation in challenging and distinctive projects; * Creative and collaborative work environment; * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Real opportunity for career progression; * Necessary work tools.
