TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify and develop new business opportunities * Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals * Manage commercial relationships with clients (acquisition and retention) * Report activity indicators, supporting matters related to billing, sales documentation, and critical operational data * Promote market and competitive intelligence * Identify improvement opportunities and implement corresponding corrective measures * Promote the Correos Express brand positioning in Portugal * Contribute to the implementation of the commercial strategy REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES * Higher education degree in international trade, management, logistics, or related fields (preferred) * Proven professional experience in the industry * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Resilience and creativity in problem-solving and solution identification * Customer orientation * Proactivity, initiative, organizational sense, and critical thinking * Market knowledge and networking aptitude * Proficiency in MS Office tools WE OFFER * Integration into a solid company within the largest Iberian transportation group, experiencing sustained growth * Attractive remuneration package comprising base salary, commission plan, and meal allowance * Training and opportunities for professional development * Integration into a positive work environment and a dynamic team Type of position: Full-time
