LASO Transportes aims to recruit a Traffic Manager to join the Operations Department. Main Responsibilities: * Organize, monitor, and coordinate the smooth execution of transportation operations performed by your team of drivers, ensuring compliance with commitments made to customers; * Plan, organize, and control the operational activities of available resources, ensuring optimal resource utilization and customer satisfaction; * Ensure timely communication with customers regarding the status of transportation operations; * Maintain close and stable relationships with drivers, providing support and promoting effective resolution of operational issues; * Manage operational costs and expenses, ensuring service profitability; * Guarantee accurate and timely invoicing for all transportation operations; * Contribute to implementing the department’s strategic plan and continuously improving operational processes. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Traffic Management or similar roles; * Good spoken and written English skills; * Proficiency in computer applications from an end-user perspective; * Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills; * Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity, initiative, and problem-solving ability; * Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure; * Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
