Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machines and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Identifies and implements continuous improvement actions in maintenance **PURPOSE OF POSITION** ----------------------- **To ensure the installation, assembly, adjustment, maintenance, repair, and testing of industrial machines and/or equipment and their respective components or mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, and automation (pneumatic and hydraulic) systems—or others—so as to guarantee their proper operation in accordance with defined technical specifications for safety and quality.** **MAIN TASKS** -------------- * **Carry out urgent corrective interventions on industrial machines and/or equipment, ensuring their correct operation, minimizing downtime, and thereby guaranteeing continuity of production processes.** * **Conduct periodic and regular inspections of industrial machines and equipment to identify and prevent potential issues, ensuring proper equipment operation and contributing to the operational efficiency of the production process.** * **Perform scheduled maintenance activities repeated at specific time intervals to maintain proper operation of industrial machines and equipment, maximizing their service life and minimizing the risk of failure and/or breakdown.** * **Identify and implement improvement actions in accordance with the Preventive Planned Maintenance Plan, identifying intervention needs from a proactive perspective to anticipate possible failures in industrial machines and/or equipment, always within a framework of continuous improvement.** * **Verify the technical condition of industrial machines and/or equipment—particularly transformers, compressors, generators, furnaces, ovens, and electrical panels—to safeguard their proper operation and avoid risks of overheating and explosion, thereby ensuring safety and operational efficiency.** * **Diagnose and repair mechanical and/or electrical problems arising during the production process, maximizing the service life of industrial machines and/or equipment, contributing to their profitability, and ensuring established productivity and quality levels.** * **Record maintenance activities in the designated software, ensuring timely updates of departmental operational indicators.** * **Perform tasks safely and in compliance with internal procedures to meet applicable legal requirements and sector-specific safety regulations.** **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION** ------------------------------- **12th grade with documented professional training in electricity, electromechanics and/or mechatronics, or other relevant fields for this role**
