Serlima is currently recruiting a Graphic & Web Designer (M/F). ### **Description** We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic & Web Designer to join our team! If you are passionate about design, possess a keen eye for detail, demonstrate critical and constructive thinking, and have solid expertise in editing and motion graphics, this opportunity is for you. ### **Requirements** Mandatory requirements: \- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field; \- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; \- Advanced knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects; \- Advanced knowledge of WordPress; \- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance (Google Analytics), providing insights to improve results for each client and/or project; \- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency; \- Creativity, autonomy, and attention to detail; \- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
