Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver effective solutions. First 2 or 3 months, it will be 100% in\-person. Afterwards, 3 times a week in\-person. **As a part of your job, you will:** * Develop and maintain front\-end and back\-end web applications. * Analyze and implement technical requirements with clients. * Ensure projects meet milestones, deadlines, and quality standards. * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications. * Participate in code reviews and maintain proper documentation. **What are we looking for?** * **.NET Web Development** + Experience with **ASP.NET** (Web Forms and/or MVC) and maintaining or extending **Classic ASP** applications. + Understanding of the **Microsoft .NET ecosystem** and web application architecture. * **Front\-End Development** + Strong proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6\+)**. + Solid knowledge of **HTML5** and **CSS3** for building responsive and accessible user interfaces. + Experience integrating front\-end components with back\-end APIs. * **Database Development** + Experience with **Microsoft SQL Server**, including: - Writing and optimizing **T\-SQL queries** - Stored procedures and database design - Performance tuning and debugging. * **Visual Basic** + Experience with **Visual Basic / VBScript** for maintaining and extending legacy components within existing systems. * **General Web Development Skills** + Understanding of **client–server architecture**, RESTful communication, and web application performance considerations. + Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize web applications across the full stack. **Nice to have:** * Experience with **ASP.NET** **MVC** architecture and developing applications using **C\#**. * Familiarity with **SOAP** and **RESTful web services**, including integrating external APIs and building service\-based architectures. * Experience with at least one modern framework such as **React**, **Angular**, or **Vue.js**. * Proficiency with **Git** or other version control systems for collaborative development and code management. * Experience working in **Agile or Scrum environments**, including participation in sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives. **Personal traits** * Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients; * Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy; * Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included; * Willingness to collaborate with other players; * Strong communication skills.
