We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Logistics \& Sales Support Specialist** to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, warehouse operations, and the finance department, while supporting both domestic and international logistics. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Order Tracking \& Coordination** \- Manage client orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate data entry, status updates, and timely reporting. * **Supplier Coordination \& Finance Liaison** \- Work closely with suppliers and the finance team to handle invoices, payments, and smooth order processing. * **Warehouse Logistics \& Order Handover** \- Oversee deliveries, verify warehouse documentation, and coordinate with the assembly team for scheduling. * **Client \& Internal Communication** \- Keep clients and internal teams informed on order readiness, payments, and delivery arrangements. * **International Deliveries** \- Organize and monitor overseas shipments, including budgeting, logistics planning, and customs compliance. * **Client Reporting** \- Prepare clear updates and reports to ensure transparency and client satisfaction. * **Financial \& Administrative Support** \- Handle invoicing, documentation, supplier databases, and pricing updates to support sales and accounting teams. **Requirements** * Proficiency in English and Portuguese. * Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or finance. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge of customs, export documentation, and international shipping processes is a plus. * Immediate availability to start and support current business operations. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to contribute to international projects. * Supportive leadership team and open communication culture. * Inclusive and multicultural workplace environment.
