This role will support applications and projects related to **US Custody activity**, working closely with business and IT stakeholders across an international setup. The professional will contribute to the evolution of systems supporting custody, settlement, corporate actions, and related banking services, ensuring that business requirements are properly analyzed, formalized, tested, and delivered. The role is particularly suited to candidates with strong experience in the **financial industry**, especially in **Custody activities** and **Corporate Actions**, combined with solid Business Analysis experience in project and application evolution contexts. **MAIN MISSION** To act as a key functional link between business and IT teams, supporting the analysis, specification, testing, and delivery of system evolutions and projects related to **Custody and Corporate Actions** within an international banking environment. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Contribute to preliminary studies and support business stakeholders in clarifying and refining their needs * Analyze requirements from a critical and constructive perspective, challenging business needs where relevant * Gather, formalize, and validate functional requirements with business stakeholders * Provide functional expertise in the area of **Custody / Corporate Actions** * Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and project evolutions * Support and contribute to functional testing activities, and assist business users during user testing phases * Follow the different phases of projects and releases, ensuring proper coordination and delivery * Manage change requests related to system updates and enhancements * Participate in market and transversal projects impacting the application landscape * Identify product gaps, weaknesses, or improvement opportunities and propose enhancements * Communicate and apply project standards and best practices * Perform peer reviews and contribute to quality assurance across deliverables * Provide backup support to service delivery teams when needed, including functional assistance and analysis of complex requests * Ensure good reporting, compliance with workflows, and adherence to planning and deadlines **PROFILE \& SKILLS** * Strong experience as a **Business Analyst** within the **financial industry** * Minimum 4 years of experience in **Custody\-related activities** * Strong knowledge of **Corporate Actions** is essential * Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax, Law**, or a related field * Ability to work closely with business and IT teams in an international environment * Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to challenge requirements constructively * Experience in functional analysis, testing, and project follow\-up * Good communication and stakeholder management skills * Strong sense of organization, quality, and delivery * Fluent English is mandatory **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Business Analysis * Custody * Corporate Actions * Functional Specifications * Functional Testing / UAT Support * Jira * Waterfall methodology * SQL is a plus * General IT knowledge is a plus **WHAT WE OFFER** * Gross annual salary aligned with your experience and seniority. * Permanent contract (CTI). * Meal allowance. * Health Insurance. * Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. * Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications. * Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth. * Career progression plan. * Ongoing follow\-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
