





**Offer Code:** OE202512/0485 **Offer Type:** Open Competitive Recruitment Procedure **Status:** Active **Organizational Level:** Municipal Councils **Agency/Department:** Oeiras Municipal Council **Employment Contract:** Indefinite-term Contract for Public Sector Workers (CTFP) **Work Regime:** General Career Path **Career:** Senior Technician **Category:** Senior Technician **Complexity Level:** 3 **Remuneration:** 1st Position, 16th Level of the Single Pay Scale – €1,442.57 **Monthly Supplement:** €0.00 **Job Description:** Perform duties inherent to the Senior Technician career, as stipulated in the annexed organizational chart referenced in Article 88, paragraph 2 of the Labour Statute for Public Sector Workers (LTFP), corresponding to Complexity Level 3, including the following functions and competencies: Energy, Public Lighting, and Infrastructure: * Inventory and assess intervention needs related to public lighting; * Plan, promote, supervise, and inspect electrical infrastructure works in public spaces and municipally owned buildings; * Promote the launch of competitive procurement procedures; * Manage the low-voltage electricity distribution concession contract within the municipality of Oeiras and oversee electricity suppliers; * Manage the public lighting system and ensure compliance with the Municipal Lighting Plan; * Manage teams under Direct Administration in the field of Electricity; * Prepare preliminary studies and projects within the scope of the organic unit’s responsibilities, where no involvement is required from the organic unit responsible for studies and projects; * Manage and supervise interventions in the subsoil and surface of the public domain, whether initiated by the municipality or by public service concessionaires; * Develop studies and projects for the municipal traffic light system, in coordination with the Municipal Directorate of Mobility (DGM), and for telecommunications network installations; * Review and issue opinions on public service electrical infrastructure and public lighting projects submitted by urban operation (O.U.) promoters; * Plan, promote, supervise, and inspect privately promoted public service electrical infrastructure and public lighting works, jointly with other members of the team; * Review and issue opinions on ITUR (Underground Telecommunications Infrastructure) and telecommunications projects submitted by urban operation (O.U.) promoters; * Plan, promote, supervise, and inspect privately promoted ITUR and telecommunications infrastructure works, in cooperation with other members of the team.
