What will you do with us? * Provide **in-person** support to assist and clarify our customers' questions; * Manage complaints related to purchases, product deliveries, or financial products; * Consult platforms to verify customers' order statuses; * Respond to customer e-mails; * Perform administrative support tasks for this role. * Deliver service excellence and foster customer loyalty.
