Padaria Portuguesa is looking for a Shift Manager who wants to make a difference and play a key role in customer service and store management. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting store operational management. * Ensuring implementation and promoting correct execution of procedures and standards of excellence and quality (service, maintenance, equipment). * Performing store and cash register opening and closing. * Ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations. * Guaranteeing that the store is prepared in terms of product availability, staff readiness, and cleanliness. * Managing customer complaints. * Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and planning orders. Requirements: * Secondary education (12th grade or equivalent). * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in similar roles. * Strong customer orientation. * Team coordination skills and process-oriented mindset. * Availability to work rotating shifts (06:00–21:00).
