Continuous training and opportunities for professional development We are looking for a **First-Class Waiter/Waitress** to join our F\&B team, with a strong orientation toward service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver memorable experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-standard table service, ensuring professional, attentive, and personalized guest interactions; * Greet and accompany guests, guaranteeing a distinctive experience from start to finish; * Possess in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu, making appropriate suggestions and recommendations; * Coordinate and supervise service within your section, ensuring organization and efficiency; * Prepare and verify restaurant mise\-en\-place before, during, and after service; * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards; * Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service; * Anticipate guest needs and resolve situations professionally and discreetly; * Support the onboarding and mentoring of less experienced colleagues as needed. Profile: * Proven experience as a First-Class Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role; * Excellent customer orientation and passion for the hospitality industry; * Strong communication skills and polished presentation; * High sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy; * Team spirit and proactive attitude; * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment; * English language proficiency (additional languages are an asset); * Availability for rotating shifts.
