Our Event Support Experts take initiative and provide a wide range of services that ensure our events run perfectly. Whether it’s assembling and disassembling materials, transporting supplies, stocking bars and action stations, or other tasks, the Event Support Expert plays a key role in making our events flawless. Regardless of your specific role, several fundamental factors are essential to achieving success: creating a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional. Event Support Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in all types of tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 lbs \[22.5 kg] unassisted and objects weighing over 75 lbs \[35 kg] with assistance). It is essential they consistently perform these tasks (and other reasonable tasks assigned) well so guests remain satisfied and the hotel operates smoothly. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. (General Educational Development, GED). Relevant Work Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
