Efficient and resolution-oriented service **Customer Support with English or French – Automotive Assistance & Insurance (Lisbon)** We are seeking professionals to join a Customer Support team in the field of automotive assistance and insurance. **Responsibilities:** * Telephone support to customers (inbound and outbound); * Management of automotive assistance requests; * Support for services related to insurance assistance; * Communication with customers in Portuguese and English and/or French; * Ensuring efficient and resolution-oriented service. **Requirements:** * Fluency in English and/or French (mandatory); * Strong communication and argumentation skills; * Ability to manage stressful and conflict situations; * Clear diction and verbal fluency; * Minimum education level: 11th grade; * Availability for rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Offer:** * Paid initial training; * Employment contract; * Base salary + meal allowance + shift allowance; * Rotating schedules under 4-2 or 5-2 patterns; * Weekly working hours: 35 hours; * Integration into a structured project in the assistance and insurance sector.
