Communication with customers in Portuguese, English, and/or French. **Customer Support with English or French – Part\-Time 20H (Lisbon)** We are seeking professionals to join a Customer Support team in the automotive assistance and insurance sector on a part\-time basis. **Responsibilities:** * Telephone customer service (inbound and outbound); * Management of automotive assistance requests; * Support for services related to insurance assistance; * Communication with customers in Portuguese and English and/or French; * Ensuring efficient, resolution-oriented service. **Requirements:** * Fluency in English and/or French (mandatory); * Strong communication and argumentation skills; * Ability to manage stressful and conflict situations; * Good diction and verbal fluency; * Minimum education level: 11th grade; * Availability for rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Offer:** * Paid initial training; * Employment contract; * Base salary \+ meal allowance \+ shift allowance; * Part\-time regime (20 hours per week); * Rotating shifts; * Integration into a structured project in the assistance and insurance sector.
