If you want to join our team and be part of projects where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand, see what we are looking for. **What will be the main responsibilities of the architect?** ------------------------------------------------------- * Develop architectural projects of various scales and complexity; * Follow projects from conception through to construction phase; * Prepare technical documentation for each project stage; * Monitor on-site work progress, ensuring quality aligns with project specifications and budget, while also guaranteeing adherence to established deadlines. **What is the ideal profile we are looking for in an architect:** ---------------------------------------------------------- * Degree in Architecture and registered with the Portuguese Order of Architects; * 5 years of professional experience, preferably in *fit\-out* projects (offices); * Knowledge of the Portuguese market; * Advanced level of English; * Excellent skills in Archicad / Autocad / Lumio / Enscape and Sketchup; * Strong understanding and ability to work with 3D tools and BIM design; * Interest in emerging market trends related to *fit\-out* architectural projects; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and proactivity; * Willingness to work within a multidisciplinary team.
