We are looking for a capable **Mid Data Engineer** who brings consistency and ownership to the delivery of data pipelines, a solid grasp of foundational data concepts, and the autonomy to drive clearly scoped tasks to completion. **What you'll need to bring:** ***Technical Background:*** * Hands\-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools such as **Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse** — or equivalent platforms. * Exposure to cloud environments, whether **Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud**. * Strong coding proficiency in languages such as **SQL, Spark, Python,** or other scripting tools. * Deep familiarity with **ETL/ELT processes**, **data architecture principles**, and technical **design patterns**. * Comfortable working with version control (**Git**) and participating in **code review** processes. * Proven ability to **debug** and fine\-tune **pipelines** and **workflows**. * Experience with code testing and **quality assurance** practices. ***Good to Have:*** * Background in DevOps or DataOps practices, particularly **CI/CD** applied to data workflows. ***Who You Are:*** * **Continuous learner:** You actively seek to expand your skill set, especially during periods of rapid team growth. * **Clear communicator:** You keep teammates informed of progress and flag blockers early to maintain smooth collaboration. * **Team player:** You work comfortably alongside Analytics Engineering, Product, and other engineering functions. * **Structured and dependable:** Your systematic approach to tasks reduces errors and minimises the need for rework. * **Open to growth:** You welcome constructive feedback and use it to accelerate your path toward a senior role. **Experience:** * At least **3 years working in data engineering**, with emphasis on cloud\-native environments and data architecture. * English proficiency at B2 level or above. **If you got this far you are committed!
