Job Summary: We are seeking a technical automotive trainer to develop and deliver training on electrification technologies, supporting the continuous evolution of the After-Sales network. Opportunity for career progression and professional development. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Main responsibilities** * Participate in technical training sessions organized by international manufacturers; * Absorb and adapt technical content to meet the needs of the After-Sales network; * Design, prepare, and deliver technical training to APV teams; * Provide technical support for the implementation of new models, technologies, and repair processes; * Develop and update training content and materials; * Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the technical competencies within the network. **Profile** ---------- * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in automotive mechanics; * Solid knowledge of **automotive electrification technologies**, including hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV), and battery electric vehicles (BEV); * Experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage systems (preferred); * Good command of **English**, with ability to attend international technical training; * CCP (mandatory); * Willingness to travel within Portugal and abroad; * Strong communication skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing; * Commitment to continuous learning and interest in the latest automotive industry technologies. * Prior experience as a technical trainer; * Technical certifications in the automotive field; * Familiarity with training methodologies and competence development; * Experience with international brands and emerging mobility technologies. **What We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable Group currently implementing multiple growth initiatives. * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development. * Real opportunity for career advancement, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies. * Favorable working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and access to a Pension Plan).
