If you are passionate about technology and want to shape the future — TEKEVER is the right place for you. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the Methods & Processes Manager; * Implementing and documenting production processes, procedures, and tasks, ensuring cross-departmental alignment; * Implementing layouts; * Promoting, disseminating, and training teams on optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean or others), adapted to the Company’s concept and reality; * Supporting the analysis and implementation of time and methods structures for controlling and optimizing production processes. **Profile and Requirements:** * Proven professional experience in industry with production processes (preferred); * Experience implementing continuous improvement processes (preferred); * Experience in industrial administrative work within Methods & Processes departments (preferred); * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into collaborative teams; * Excellent communication skills and clear leadership capabilities; * Strong organizational, planning, and scenario anticipation abilities; * Sense of responsibility; * Problem-solving ability, teamwork spirit, proactivity, and dynamism; * Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and other management tools; * Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with certified C2-level competence in both languages. **What We Offer You:** * An excellent working environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Competitive salary commensurate with proven experience.
