Supportive back-office and technical service team #### **About the Role** We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Field Service Technician** to join our dynamic team. After a comprehensive training period, you will be responsible for the **installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance** of hand tools and semi\- and fully\-automatic **strapping and wrapping machines** at customer sites across Spain. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Install and commission industrial packaging machines and tools at customer locations. * Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and preventive maintenance. * Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions. * Provide on\-site training and support to customers for optimal machine use. * Collaborate with the back office and technical service team for planning, parts, and technical documentation. * Travel occasionally to customer sites in **Spain and Italy**. #### **Your Profile** * Degree or vocational training in a **technical field** (mechanical or electrical preferred). * Proven experience in a similar **field service or technical support** role. * Strong **mechanical skills**; electrical knowledge is a plus. * Excellent **problem\-solving** abilities and a **customer\-oriented** mindset. * Proficient in **English** (spoken and written); Spanish or Italian is a plus. * Willingness to travel and work independently. * Comfortable using **MS Office** and basic digital tools. #### **What We Offer** * A stable and growing international company with a strong reputation. * Comprehensive onboarding and technical training. * Supportive back\-office and technical service team. * Competitive salary and travel allowances. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
