Job Summary: Tomar Social Assistance Center is seeking a Direct Action Assistant to provide support to elderly individuals, promoting care and well-being within multidisciplinary teams. Opportunity to work in social solidarity About Us: The Tomar Social Assistance Center (CAST) is a social solidarity institution that supports elderly individuals, promoting care, well-being, safety, and quality of life through social responses delivered by multidisciplinary teams. Position: Direct Action Assistant Reporting to: Technical Director Work Location: S. José Nursing Home \- Carrascal, Alvito, Tomar Mandatory Requirements: Training in "Geriatric Assistant or Auxiliary Health Technician", including care for dependent elderly and those with dementia, or "proven" professional experience; driver's license. Desirable Competencies: Client-centered orientation toward elderly users, teamwork, organization, responsiveness to unforeseen situations, and focus on improvement/results. Note: Assignment to social response units may be adjusted according to the Institution's needs.
