Human-First culture, emphasizing appreciation and growth #### **Store: Santarém** #### **Your day\-to\-day** * Coordinate inbound and outbound merchandise loading/unloading according to defined procedures, ensuring quality verification of received goods; * Efficiently and effectively coordinate deliveries, facilitating merchandise flow organization and performing labeling tasks; * Ensure process compliance and quality control for physical merchandise entry and exit at the store, including transfers and commercial deliveries; * Ensure merchandise safety and proper handling, minimizing losses and supporting stock management, guaranteeing effective merchandise management and collaborating with store departments to deliver products on time and with quality; * Coordinate and support merchandise replenishment processes, ensuring proper organization and aisle management, identifying and reporting potential visual stockouts, maintaining fluent communication with the Replenishment Manager; * Coordinate and expedite new product and collection launches across categories, jointly with commercial teams, ensuring display, shelf, and aisle cleanliness, as well as proper commercial maintenance and safe implementation, promoting adherence to internal standards and procedures among the team; * Coordinate the team daily and oversee work and logistics processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness, fostering team harmony, encouraging responsibility and motivation, and driving adherence to defined processes and procedures. #### **Who we are looking for** * Secondary education (12th grade); * 2–3 years of professional experience in the field; * Experience leading logistics operations; * Rigor, curiosity, learning agility and speed, perceptiveness; * Excellent communication, influence, and information management skills; * Organizational ability, initiative, dynamism, and pro\-activity; * Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. #### **What we offer** * Integration into a multinational company offering competitive salary and variable compensation aligned with your experience and qualifications; * Benefits and partnerships with over 200 brands; * Career development plan, including access to an individual development program enabling growth within our organization; * Initial training for onboarding and role-specific integration; * Wellbeing policies, including up to 30 annual leave days; * Employee referral program, with incentives for each recommended candidate successfully hired; * Flexible working policy; * Meal benefits, including soup, fresh fruit, bread, butter, cereals, milk, and yogurts; * 10% discount at Leroy Merlin stores; * Health and life insurance; * 1 day of corporate volunteering. #### **About us** Leroy Merlin is a leading company in DIY, construction, decoration, and gardening, with a strong presence in Portugal.
