Join us! **YOUR CHALLENGE** Integrated into the **Quality and Environment Department**, the employee will assume the following responsibilities: * Perform sampling and inspection activities in accordance with internal procedures * Ensure data recording and updating, promoting information reliability within the system * Carry out quality control and monitoring of products, materials, and processes according to defined control plans, validating parameter compliance against technical specifications * Identify and record non-conformities, ensuring implementation of defined corrective actions necessary to achieve compliance of products, materials, processes, and services * Perform inspection operations, cleaning, preparation, calibration/verification of equipment assigned to this activity * Support external entities’ activities related to operational execution of responsibilities within the quality control area * Actively cooperate in the planning and execution of activities defined by the immediate supervisor **WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** * Completion of 12th grade (mandatory); * Technical qualification at Level IV in one of the following fields: Laboratory Analyst, Industrial Chemistry, Food Chemistry (preferred); * Training in Food Safety (preferred); * Training in Microbiology/Practical Chemistry for Operators (preferred); * Training in Good Laboratory Practices (preferred); * Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) — intermediate level (mandatory); * English language proficiency — basic level (preferred); * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team; * Analytical ability, critical thinking, proactivity, and resilience; * Planning, organizational, and accountability skills; * Interest in working in an industrial environment More than an ideal CV, we seek individuals who embody our values.
