Job Summary: This position supports customer contact, registers orders, receives customers for payments, prepares delivery notes and invoices, validates documentation, manages office supplies, and performs other administrative tasks. With over 40 years of experience in the domestic market, and following its integration into the Joris Ide Group, Alaço aims to strengthen its Maintenance team: **Sales Representative – Ourém** (m/f) The selected candidate will assume the following key responsibilities: * Supporting customer contact (answering phone calls; registering orders); * Receiving customers for payments, preparing delivery notes and invoices; * Validating documentation according to Portuguese Tax Authority regulations; * Procurement, distribution, and control of office supplies; * Other administrative support tasks for the Sales team. **Profile:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or vocational training in one of the following fields: Administration, Management, Marketing; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; * Knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Adaptability and versatility; * Residence in the Ourém area (preferred); **We Offer:** * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role. * Permanent employment contract.
